trained in safe working practices; we make our staff feel special
and reward them with bonuses and incentives

to handle medical products such as needles & sharp objects. In these
extreme cases, we provide special gloves, tweezers and pots to
ensure safety which are then transported to Coventry City Council

policy, risk assessments and procedures

where possible using "environmentally friendly products" to make the
workplace more pleasant
